1. AI Usage Disclosures
At Pro SolutionX, we build and utilize artificial intelligence solutions to automate operations. We believe in total transparency regarding how AI is integrated into our internal workflows and the systems we deliver to clients.
Artificial intelligence models are used to assist in writing code, draft document structural boilerplate, generate demo assets, and automate email/leads categorization. All customer-facing outputs and software deliverables undergo strict human review.
2. Human-in-the-Loop Review Policy
We enforce a mandatory 'Human-in-the-Loop' review policy. Artificial intelligence systems generate recommendations, draft templates, or suggest structural layouts, but no automated system is allowed to deploy software, alter database settings, or send final strategic deliverables to clients without manual review and sign-off by a qualified engineer.
3. Responsible Data Handling
We maintain absolute protection over client IP and confidential files. We do not input proprietary client code, private databases, or confidential business files into generic, consumer-grade public AI tools.
All development activities use commercial enterprise licenses with API agreements ensuring inputs are not retained, cached, or utilized for training third-party algorithms.
4. Model Providers & API Compliance
We leverage advanced foundation models provided by Anthropic (Claude), OpenAI (GPT-4o), and Google (Gemini) through secure Google Cloud and API endpoints. We continuously review our providers' API terms to verify they align with strict GDPR, DPA (Data Processing Addendum), and industry security guidelines.
